Phase 1 Clinical Evaluation

Help us build RecordFlow with real Syrian doctors.

We are seeking frontline clinical practitioners to test, critique, and shape our clinical documentation tools before broader deployment. Your expertise ensures our systems remain grounded in reality.

Who This Pilot Is For

This evaluation phase is limited to practicing clinicians who currently handle patient records. We prioritise individuals with experience in primary care or internal medicine within Syrian health systems.

  • Active clinical license
  • Direct patient care experience
  • Commitment to safety protocols
  • Willingness to provide structured feedback

What You Will Do

STAGE 01

Simulated Encounters

Use RecordFlow alongside standardised, simulated patient cases to test accuracy.

STAGE 02

Workflow Analysis

Provide detailed feedback on UI friction, clinical vocabulary alignment, and time-to-completion.

STAGE 03

Safety Review

Participate in dedicated sessions identifying potential risks or edge cases in AI generation.

What We Are Trying to Learn

We are not testing your medical knowledge — we are testing our system's ability to augment it safely. Our primary metrics focus on the delta between traditional documentation and RecordFlow-assisted methods.

Core Investigation Vectors

  • Does the system accurately capture complex, multi-symptom histories without omission?
  • Are generated summaries structurally aligned with institutional standards?
  • Where does the human-in-the-loop feel necessary, and where does it feel redundant?

Safety & Consent

No real patient data will be used during Phase 1. All synthetic data is strictly controlled. Participation requires adherence to our IRB guidelines and signing a comprehensive NDA/Consent framework prior to onboarding.

Pilot Commitment

Expected duration: 4–6 Weeks. Estimated weekly time: 2–4 Hours.
